Food safety
Every VEG FRESH pack is looked after from the farm plot to the packing line.
What is GAP?
GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) is a farming standard that covers water sources, growing areas, the correct use of farm inputs, harvesting and record keeping, so that produce is safe to eat.
How is GAP produce different from organic?
Organic farming bans all synthetic chemicals. GAP farming allows registered farm inputs, with controlled amounts and waiting periods before harvest, so the produce is safe to eat. That is why safe GAP vegetables cost less and suit everyday shopping.

Each plot holds its own certificate. Nothing is certified as a group.
